Day for Choice 2019 a Huge Success
Day for Choice at the Missouri Capitol was an awesome event with employees from workshops throughout Missouri visiting Jefferson City to voice their support for workshops and the employment opportunities they represent. The day began early with many leaving their communities shortly after sunup to ensure they had time to talk to state senators and representatives. One large group even spoke with Justin Alferman, legislative director for Gov. Mike Parson. Several others visited the offices of their representative and senator, and everyone enjoyed some pizza courtesy of Missouri's A Team, which organized the special day.
