his PowerPoint is an excellent overview of Department of Labor Wage And Hour Division information on 14(C) issues. It was emailed to members and the response was so notable we’re posting it here for easy access.
The PowerPoint, provided to MASWM members by ACCSES, provides a view of the DOL process of looking at Section14-C. It provides details into how the DOL and the Wage and Hour Division carries out a vigorous compliance program and what they use to measure workplaces under this provision.
